Founded in 2014 by Stephen Le and Matthew Tong, The Kroft began its journey at the iconic Anaheim Packing House with a clear mission: to serve high-quality, house-made comfort food with bold flavors and culinary craftsmanship. Today, The Kroft proudly operates four locations across Southern California — Anaheim, Long Beach, Chinatown Los Angeles, and Rancho Cucamonga.
At The Kroft, everything is made in-house, from hand-trimmed meats to thoughtfully composed sauces and garnishes. Our menu features gourmet hot sandwiches, including our signature porchetta on artisan ciabatta and mouthwatering Wagyu smash burgers served on buttery brioche buns. Our poutines — a fan favorite — are theme-driven and layered with bold, crave-worthy flavors that elevate this Canadian classic to new heights.
Recognized for our commitment to flavor and quality, we were honored with Best Fries in Orange County by OC Weekly in both 2018 and 2019. Our unique offerings and community focus have earned us features in numerous blogs, articles, and TV spots, including recurring appearances on The Morning Show and a recent feature on Gary and Shannon’s Show on KFI AM 640.

Our poutines have fries that are double fried to perfection, piled with fresh cheese curds, homemade gravies, and signature toppings to reinterpret the Canadian classic. To further entice your culinary senses, are market-driven artisan sandwiches, delectable sides, dipping sauces, and refreshments all made from scratch, in-house at The Kroft. New to the menu are Wagyu Smash Burgers and Wagyu Fries.
